Upon successful conclusion of the financial transaction, your goods will be dispatched within 2 days. Barring a shortage of stock, which you will be notified about, you should receive you order within 14 days from conclusion of the financial transaction.
All deliveries will be via the South African Postal Service and Postnet and all your goods will be dispatched in a non-descriptive packaging. This is in line with international shipping policies.

If a product is damaged in transit, or an incorrect product has been sent, please contact us within 7 days, (sending an email will be the quickest) and we will resolve the issue with haste. You will get a credit from us, or a replacement item that will be sent to you, pronto.
